What we are building; what I believe we are called to build together.
I believe the modern definition of success is broken.
We’ve trained men to build businesses, chase income, stack status... and call that winning.
But behind closed doors?
Marriages are strained. Children drift from the faith and struggle with identity. Men feel spiritually numb. Debt piles up. Distraction becomes normal. This becomes "NORMAL"...
Judging by the neighborhood they live in, the car they drive and the job title they have, they certainly look successful. But on the inside, they’re fragmented. Wrestling with the burden of carrying the torch, ensuring it doesn't burn out.
The issue isn’t effort. Men are working hard.
The issue is alignment.
Most men have never been given a clear definition of success rooted in eternity.
They’ve never been discipled in a biblical belief system that shapes daily decisions. They lack brotherhood that speaks truth and invites accountability. They lack structure that supports stewardship across all of life; not just business.
So they drift.
Not all at once. One degree at a time. Small compromises. Small misalignments. Small unchecked priorities.
And ten years later, they wake up somewhere they never meant to be.
Let me be clear: Success is not income.
Success is obedience.
... Now, just imagine standing before the Lord at the gates of heaven, when it's your turn to get "checked in" and you hear “Well done, good and faithful servant.”
What if success meant and was measured by hearing that!?
I don't care who you are... That requires a different operating system.
To think like that is one thing. But to consistently show up like that each day, to have what it takes in all areas of life just seems unfathomable. I'm so glad for God's Grace and the sacrifice of Jesus at the Cross!
The Call to Stewardship
I’m not asking men to become self-made entrepreneurs.
I’m calling them to become Stewardpreneurs.
A Stewardpreneur understands:
God owns everything. We manage what He entrusts us with. Business is ministry. Leadership begins at home. Faith must shape our execution.
Life is meant to be integrated. ... not compartmentalized.
If your belief system rooted in biblical principles isn’t steering the ship, something else is.
I often describe life like this:
Belief is the captain’s bridge.
Community is the crew.
Systems are the hull / infrastructure.
Accountability is navigation. Christ is True North
YOU are the Engine. The driver.
Without that structure, men drift.
With it, they build on purpose.
The CORE5 Framework, the BEAST Formula
This isn’t motivation. It’s formation.
Because we've walked with men, and we've learned from many who have came long before us as demonstrated in the Old and New testaments.
Belief – Anchor your identity in Christ. God will use you mightily.
Equip – Surround yourself with wise counsel and real accountability. Anchored on The Word.
Apply – Live your core values daily.
Steward – Faithfully manage God, self, family, and resources. Always do what is right.
Transform – Become the mature, mission-driven leader you were meant to be
This isn’t behavior modification.
It’s identity recalibration.
Why This Matters
Fatherlessness reshapes generations. Compromise compounds.
When men outsource spiritual leadership, culture erodes.
But when a father leads spiritually, households follow.
This isn’t about productivity. It’s about generational impact. It’s about raising children who love Jesus.
Building marriages that endure. Running businesses that honor God And Fuel & Funds Mission. (AND, not OR)
Finishing life without regret.
The Invitation
You were not meant to build alone. You were not meant to drift. You were not meant to win publicly and lose privately.
You were created to:
Love God.
Love your family well. Build. Serve. Multiply what you’ve been given. The Parable of the Talents clearly illustrates this call to Stewardship. That we will be judged by WHAT we do with WHAT we were given.
.... But you need brotherhood.
You need structure. You need systems. You need accountability.
You need truth.
That’s why StewardpreneurSHIP exists.
Not hype.
Not hustle culture.
Not passive church attendance.
But intentional, integrated, accountable stewardship.
If you’re ready to redefine success, not by income, but by obedience; then you’re in the right place. And that, my brothers, is what makes a Well-Lived Life and Well-Run Business worthy of Well-Done!
Let’s build something that lasts.
