Welcome to www.stewardpreneurship.com. The www.stewardpreneurship.com website (the “Site”) is operated by Josh Dittrich, LLC, doing business as StewardpreneurSHIP (“StewardpreneurSHIP,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

Your access to and use of www.stewardpreneurship.com is offered to you conditioned upon your acceptance, without modification, of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the “Terms”). Your use of www.stewardpreneurship.com constitutes your agreement to all such Terms. Please read them carefully and keep a copy for your reference.

Description of Service

www.stewardpreneurship.com is an educational and coaching website offering tools, resources, and services designed to help leaders and business owners integrate faith-based principles into their leadership, business, and stewardship practices.

Kingdom Factor Relationship Disclosure

Josh Dittrich and Ray Hilbert are licensed Kingdom Factor Coaches.

StewardpreneurSHIP (a DBA of Josh Dittrich, LLC) operates independently and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Kingdom Factor, LLC.

Certain coaching programs, frameworks, and materials made available on this Site are based on Kingdom Factor® intellectual property, which is used under a license agreement.

Ray Hilbert serves as a contracted resource and coach supporting StewardpreneurSHIP programs.

CORE5 Membership Commitment & Terms 

1. Program Commitment 

CORE5 is structured as a 12-month leadership formation journey delivered through live sessions, structured preparation, and peer advisory engagement.

Although billing may occur monthly, enrollment signifies a commitment to participate consistently throughout the 12-month cycle.

Members are expected to:

  • Attend live sessions regularly
  • Contribute thoughtfully and respectfully
  • Prepare mentally & spiritually to participate and offer value to the group
  • Engage in good faith with accountability and counsel

We strongly encourage attendance at a minimum of 7–8 of the 12 annual live sessions to maximize value.

Live participation is central to the CORE5 experience.

2. Confidentiality

All discussions, documents, and disclosures within CORE5 sessions are strictly confidential.

Members agree not to disclose:

  • Personal matters
  • Business strategies
  • Financial information
  • Relational or leadership challenges
  • Any identifiable details of other Members

Violation of confidentiality may result in removal without refund.

3. Removal & Community Standards

StewardpreneurSHIP reserves the right to remove a Member from CORE5 for:

  • Violation of confidentiality
  • Disruptive or dishonoring conduct
  • Persistent lack of participation
  • Behavior inconsistent with the mission and standards of the program

Removal does not guarantee a refund and is evaluated at leadership discretion.

4. Advisory Nature of Program

CORE5 provides peer advisory, leadership development, and coaching.

It does not provide legal, financial, medical, or licensed professional advice.

Members remain solely responsible for decisions made based on discussions within the program.

5. Founder Member Free Hat & Launch Offer

We are grateful for those joining during the launch of StewardpreneurSHIP’s CORE5 Coaching & Membership program.

While CORE5 is newly launched, the Christian Peer Advisory model itself is well established. The term Founder Member reflects participation in the formative year of this community.

To qualify for the exclusive Founder Member Hat:

  • You must enroll during the launch period
  • Maintain active membership through the 120-Day Participation-Based Guarantee window
  • Participate in good faith as outlined in the Membership Commitment

Founder Member Hats will be shipped after the 120-day guarantee period has concluded.

All other launch bonuses, discounts, referral incentives, or merchandise credits earned remain yours to keep in accordance with their stated terms.

6. Multiply Referral Program

Our Multiply Referral Program is designed to grow the community through aligned relationships — not incentives alone. Rewards are granted based on successful referrals as defined in the program overview.

​120-Day Participation-Based Transformation Guarantee

StewardpreneurSHIP offers a 120-Day Participation-Based Guarantee for first-time CORE5 members.

This guarantee is designed to protect integrity, not replace engagement (or lack of).

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a refund under this guarantee, the member must:

  1. Attend at least three (3) live CORE5 Basic sessions within the first 120 days of membership.
    • Attendance must be live (replays do not qualify).
    • CORE5 Coaches record and verify attendance.
  2. Complete the three (3) required course quizzes associated with the sessions attended.
  3. Participate meaningfully in weekly group engagement, contributing to discussions in a way that adds value and reflects good-faith participation.
  4. Submit a refund request within the required timeframe outlined below.

Guarantee Window

  • The 120-day period begins on the original date of purchase.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) days following the end of the 120-day period.
  • Refund requests must be submitted through the official Contact Us page request form.
  • Verbal, emailed, or social media refund requests will not be accepted.

Refund Terms

If eligibility requirements are met:

  • A full refund will be issued for all membership fees paid during the first 120 days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) business days of approval.
  • Approval is contingent upon verification of attendance and participation requirements.

Cancellation Policy (After 120 Days)

  • After the 120-day period plus the 7-day grace window, members may cancel at any time using the same request form.
  • No refunds will be issued for payments made after the 120-day window.
  • No prorated refunds will be issued for unused time.
  • Any prepaid membership beyond the guarantee period is non-refundable.

Referral Program Impact

If a member who referred another member receives a refund under this guarantee:

  • The referred member’s discount may be revoked.
  • StewardpreneurSHIP and CORE5 Coaching reserves the right to adjust billing accordingly.

Additional Conditions

  • The guarantee applies to first-time members only.
  • The guarantee is non-transferable.
  • Violation of community standards voids eligibility.
  • Access to all materials and community privileges will be revoked upon refund.
  • Continued use of proprietary materials after refund is prohibited.
  • StewardpreneurSHIP reserves final determination of eligibility consistent with these terms.

Privacy

Your use of www.stewardpreneurship.com is subject to StewardpreneurSHIP’s Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and explains our data collection and usage practices.

Electronic Communications

By visiting www.stewardpreneurship.com or sending emails to StewardpreneurSHIP, you consent to receive electronic communications. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications provided electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Children Under Thirteen

StewardpreneurSHIP does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age. If you are under 18, you may use www.stewardpreneurship.com only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

These Linked Sites are not under the control of StewardpreneurSHIP or Josh Dittrich, LLC, and we are not responsible for the content, updates, or changes of any Linked Site. International Users

The Service is controlled and operated by Josh Dittrich, LLC from offices in the United States. If you access this Site from outside the U.S., you are responsible for compliance with your local laws.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Josh Dittrich, LLC (dba StewardpreneurSHIP), its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of a third party.

The information, software, products, and services on this Site may include errors or inaccuracies. Changes may be made periodically.

Unless otherwise stated, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Josh Dittrich, LLC (dba StewardpreneurSHIP) with respect to this Site and supersedes all prior communications.

Changes to Terms

StewardpreneurSHIP reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The latest version will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Site constitutes your acceptance of any modifications.
