Discovering My Ikigai - (Purpose)
Faith in the Workplace
Delegation and Balance
CORE5 is built for Christian men who want to grow without sacrificing what matters most.
It’s a fit if you are:
• A business owner, entrepreneur, or driven professional
• Serious about becoming a stronger man of God
• Committed to leading well at home and at work
• Ready for structure, counsel, and accountability
CORE5 is not passive content. It’s active formation in community.
CORE5 is not for spectators.
It is not a fit if you are looking for:
• Networking without depth
• Inspiration without obedience
• A shortcut or guarantee without engagement
• A place to stay comfortable and unchallenged
The room only works when you show up honest, prepared, and willing to apply counsel.
Drrift rarely looks dramatic. It usually looks subtle.
It doesn’t take much to get off course:
• You slowly stop feeding yourself daily on God’s Word
• Your wife shifts from teammate to afterthought
• Your family gets the leftovers of your energy
• Your leadership at home becomes reactive instead of intentional
• You stay busy but spiritually dry
The drift isn’t a crash — it’s a slow departure from who you’re called to be.
CORE5 Basic is the monthly coaching and formation session for the full community.
CORE5 Business Groups are smaller, professionally facilitated cohorts of 5–8 men.
If you upgrade to Business, you attend:
• The CORE5 Basic monthly session
• A separate 90-minute Business cohort meeting
Basic builds shared language and spiritual alignment.
Business provides personalized peer advisory and structured accountability.
CORE5 Basic meets monthly on the 4th Wednesday from 11:30am–1:00pm (America/Chicago). Each session is 90 minutes.
CORE5 Business Groups meet separately for 90 minutes on a day and time determined by the cohort’s availability, typically between monthly Basic sessions.
If you are in Business, you attend two 90-minute meetings per month. The structure is designed to create order, not add chaos.
Crucial Questions happen in CORE5 Basic and are designed to surface drift, expose blind spots, and drive alignment.
Crucial Conversations happen only inside your Business Group.
In a Crucial Conversation:
• One member brings their most important issue
• The group asks clarifying questions
• Blind spots are surfaced
• Strategic and spiritual counsel is offered
• Clear next steps are defined
Crucial Questions build awareness.
Crucial Conversations build transformation.
BEAST is the structure behind CORE5.
Belief — Renew your mindset through God’s Word and recalibrate your definition of success.
Equip — Gain tools, frameworks, and best practices to lead at home and in business.
Apply — Put what you learn into action through obedience and discipline.
Steward — See the world through the eyes of Jesus; people, influence, and resources all matter.
Transform — Experience measurable fruit over time as alignment replaces drift.
Belief, Equip, and Steward are taught through monthly content and resources.
Apply is your responsibility.
Transformation is the result..
CORE5 strengthens decisions, not hype.
Members report:
• Faster clarity
• Better decisions
• Fewer costly mistakes from isolation
• Stronger marriage leadership
• Renewed spiritual consistency
• Tangible business progress
For many men, one clarified decision justifies the investment for the year.
Most masterminds offer networking.
Some offer strategy.
Few offer structured biblical formation and real accountability.
CORE5 is different because:
• The room is the product
• Participation is expected
• Faith is operational, not decorative
• A proven framework drives consistency
• Brotherhood and stewardship are central
This is not casual. It is covenantal.
Most groups fail because they lack structure or lack engagement. CORE5 solves both.
• A defined framework
• A consistent monthly rhythm
• Confidential peer counsel
• Clear expectations
If you engage fully, staying the same becomes difficult.
Yes.
Confidentiality is a core expectation, especially inside Business Groups.
The room only works when trust is protected.
What is shared in CORE5 stays in CORE5.

Kingdom Factor is a Christ-centered leadership and formation framework.
Much of the CORE5 structured content is used under license through Kingdom Factor.
Ray, Josh and the dozens of available coaches are licensed and trained Kingdom Factor Coaches. This ensures theological consistency, proven structure, and coaching integrity.
CORE5 integrates Kingdom Factor principles into a peer advisory model built specifically for Christian business leaders.
Beliefs
CORE5 is built on a biblical Christian worldview. We believe leadership begins with stewardship — of faith, family, business, and resources — and that transformation happens through truth, accountability, and brotherhood.
Commitment
CORE5 is designed for long-term formation, not short-term consumption.
While membership is billed monthly, it is structured as a 12-month growth journey. Members are expected to participate consistently and contribute meaningfully to their cohort.
We strongly encourage attending at least 7–8 of the 12 monthly live sessions to both receive and provide maximum value. Live participation matters — the depth of counsel, clarity, and alignment happens in the room.
Confidentiality
Confidentiality is foundational.
What is shared in CORE5 stays in CORE5. Trust protects the integrity of the community. Violation of confidentiality may result in immediate removal from the program.

You may request cancellation at any time through the Contact Us form here: https://www.stewardpreneurship.com/contactus
