Platform Engineer — AI, Data & Integrations
Apprentice / Growth Track (Execution + Coordination)
Mission
Support platform execution by building features, improving data systems, and assisting in coordination of development work—growing into full system ownership over time.
What You’ll Work On
1) Direct Development
- Build:
- Small-to-mid features
- API endpoints and integrations
- Data pipelines and transformations
- Support:
- RAG systems and knowledge pipelines
- Graph-aware retrieval and enrichment
2) Data & AI Improvements
- Help improve:
- Data quality and consistency
- CRM handoffs (Odoo)
- AI-assisted workflows
- Contribute to measurable improvements in:
- tracking
- attribution
- funnel visibility
3) Integration & Automation
- APIs, webhooks, workflow tools
- Remove repetitive manual processes
4) Contractor Support & Coordination
- Assist in:
- Breaking down tasks
- Documenting requirements
- Validating outputs from contract developers
- Learn how to manage execution, not just code
5) System Understanding & Documentation
- Navigate an evolving codebase
- Document flows, decisions, and improvements
- Strengthen system clarity over time

Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Passion for software products
- Perfect written English
- Highly creative and autonomous
- Valid work permit for Belgium
